Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy

All payments must be received 24 hours prior to your session. If payment has not been received at this point, we reserve the right to cancel your session.

Payment may be made directly on the booking site by credit card. If necessary, we will also accept checks made out to Every Dog Behavior and Training.

If you switch services, we are happy to refund or charge the difference

Cancellations:

 

Class Cancellations:

 

You may cancel or reschedule your class (or Puppy Day School) at least 24 hours before the class start time without penalty. We are happy to refund your class or save your credits on file for a future service.

 

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start of class, you forfeit the class fee.

For courses held on fixed dates (for example, a course that starts on July 2nd and runs for four weeks), we are unable to provide makeup classes if you miss a session, even if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel a class with at least 24 hours notice, we are happy to apply your credits to a different service. Credits from classes purchased at a Financial Aid discount will be applied to future services at that same discount rate.

Private Training Cancellations:

 

You may cancel or reschedule your private training at least 24 hours before the session start time without penalty. We are happy to refund your session or save your credits on file for a future service.
