Service Description

Taking the CGC can be intimidating! This class breaks down the skills you need to pass the evaluation, prepares you for each item so you know what to expect, and helps you to fade food rewards for that no-food requirement! Whether you want to prepare for therapy work, or just want to advance your dog's social skills, this class can help! Class is held at Work and Woof on South Congress Ave. Prerequisites: Previous graduation from an intermediate level manners/obedience group class required. *This is a 6-week course over set dates. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer makeup classes for this course. *NOTE: if your dog has significant fear-based aggression/reactivity toward strangers or dogs, or is extremely uncomfortable in new environments, this group class might not be the best option for you. We reserve the right to remove a dog from class if the situation seems detrimental/unsafe for that dog or other dogs/people in class, and encourage you to set up a private consultation if you're unsure whether class would be a good fit.
