Speaker: Camilla Chu, KPA-CTP, CCUI, CTDI

I’ve been an animal lover since I was born and a lucky child whose mother let her accumulate pets like potato chips! Professionally, I’ve found myself a community of amazing positive reinforcement trainers when I took my puppy to classes. I started volunteering and then the opportunity to dive into education and certification came about and the rest is history!  I’ve loved my knowledge base at Karen Pryor Academy and thoroughly enjoy continuing my education.   I’ve been a teacher for over thirteen years, teaching human children aged 5 - 18, adults, and animal/human teams in communication and behaviour.  In addition to my KPA-CTP certification, I am TAGteach level one certified. I’m also a CCUI and a CTDI. I regularly teach dog training in group class settings, private consults and fellow pet professionals. I also hold a B.Sc.H in Biology and an ARCT in Speech Arts.
