Our Key Programs

We believe that small organizations can have big impacts. Whether through financial assistance for families or mentorship for new trainers, we're committed to making dog training a more inclusive, accessible field.

These are some of our core programs:

We're delighted to be hosting nationally (and internationally!) known experts for our free monthly webinars.

We are especially excited to  highlight voices that are often underrepresented in dog training, including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.

Webinar Speaker Series

Shelter dogs from Austin Animal Center and Austin Pets Alive come to group classes. The dogs get valuable enrichment and time out of the shelter, and the volunteers and fosters learn new training skills.

Typical classes include confidence building, basic manners, and tricks!

Shelter Dog Classes

Some dogs benefit from behavioral medications- which means consulting with veterinary behaviorists. This expert care is (understandably!) expensive, so we're offering financial assistance to clients in need.

If you're working with us and need financial aid to visit a vet behaviorist, email us at

Veterinary Behavior Support

We offer both unpaid and paid mentorship opportunities for aspiring trainers to hone their skills or develop behavior expertise.

A mixture of shadowing, assisting, and "formal" education helps these mentees grow into strong behavior professionals with the skills needed to succeed.

Finances are a major barrier to training, so we offer financial aid on all of our services- to anyone who needs it,

no questions asked.

Our typical financial aid is a 20-40% discount, but we work with families to find solutions.

Financial Assistance

We believe that trainers should always be learning and growing, and that certifications help build trust. But continuing education is often expensive.

We cover the cost of certification and provide access to conferences and other educational opportunities.

All of these programs are made possible with donations.
